Honest with your heart
Most of us know the right answers. We could tell you that we are loved, forgiven and enough. Yet somewhere deeper, part of us believes something else. That is why Unbecoming asks how true each statement feels, not what you think you should believe.
There are 40 short statements, and it takes about twelve minutes. Some describe patterns you might recognise in your life. Some gently name a belief. And some ask where a belief may have begun. Every statement is answered, and none of them ever asks for details.
